DracLand, the Theme Park

Logline: Geriatric Transylvanian village women infused with youth deter PJ, a delusional career woman, from developing a horror theme park on Dracula’s doorstep.

Synopsis: When PJ’s real estate company sends her to develop a horror theme park in a Transylvanian village, the last thing on her agenda is love. An American girl desperately searching for her big career break, PJ is accompanied by her barely decipherable Australian colleague, Bruce, and the upper crust dandy English lawyer, Larry.

As a guest of Count Dracula, the sexy descendent of Vlad the Impaler, PJ endeavours to convince him of the merits of a theme park planned to link in with his ancient ancestral castle. Meanwhile, the surprisingly sprightly geriatric village women, fuelled by the village’s miraculous spring water, step up their resistance to the theme park development when the company does a double deal and decides to bulldoze the entire area. Count Dracula and PJ hatch a plan to save the village when PJ finds the courage to turn her back on her exploitative business ambitions.
