Ace of Spades
Logline: A middle aged rocker refuses to grow up - whether or not it affects his family.
Synopsis: Nick Roberts, a middle aged man obsessed with Heavy metal doesn't really understand why it isn't still 1980, and resents the world for having changed. though his idols have moved on, he keeps the faith, and drags his wife Lauren and son James along for the ride. He and his collection of metal memorablia are very happy until James brings home his first girlfriend for tea - a vegetarian Christian.
With his Dad refusing to change and his girlfriend needing commitment, James has to chose between the two, with disasterous cansequences for all involved.
